About Alli
I’m Alli—a future registered dietitian with a big love for food, nutrition, and all things cozy in the kitchen. I’m currently working toward my master’s degree in sports nutrition, after earning my undergrad in dietetics from the University of Arizona (go Wildcats!). Along the way, I’ve had the chance to volunteer in community nutrition and work in a rehab hospital, both of which have deepened my passion for helping others feel their best through food.
So, why this blog? Because cooking has always been my happy place. From high school culinary club to whipping up meals for friends and family, I’ve always found joy in sharing recipes and gathering around good food. I believe in balance—enjoying all kinds of delicious bites in moderation while still nourishing our bodies. I’m so glad you’re here to share this space with me. Let’s cook up something wonderful together!
