Shrimp Lemon Ravioli Dinner
If you want to make a dinner that tastes fancy, but takes less than 30 minutes, this is the meal! Whether you are cooking for a date night, or for some friends, this recipe is one to impress. This meal taste gourmet, but is secretly low effort.
Cajun and lemon – flavor combo you didn’t know you would love this much
This is not a blend you would likely think of when cooking dinner, but the Cajun seasoning brings some spice while the lemon adds some zest. Citrus and smoky is a pair I try to cook with more often, after discovering how they compliment each other. The soft lemon-flavored ravioli balances with the spice from the Cajun. Sometimes, I even like squeezing more lemon juice on top.
Toasting the Ravioli
Taking some olive oil and toasting the ravioli adds so much flavor and a little bit of crispiness to the ravioli. It is a great way to make your dish look and taste more expensive. This extra step is so worth it, and after you will never want to skip this step when making ravioli.
