Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup of any juice (I like to use cranberry)
- 1 scoop protein powder (My favorite is Orgain plant protein powder)
Equipment
- blender
Instructions
- Add fruit, yogurt, juice, and protein powder to the blender
- Blend for 1 minute
- Sip and enjoy your smoothie!
