A Fresh Olive Oil- Based Dip for Your Sourdough

Why This Dip Works

  • Fresh garlic adds aromatic depth and even flavor distribution.
  • Basil provides bright, herbaceous notes plus antioxidants.
  • Olive oil contributes heart-healthy monounsaturated fats.
  • Balsamic vinegar adds a sweet-tangy contrast that makes every bite pop.
  • Parmesan adds umami, protein, and calcium, helping balance the fats from the oil.

Ingredients

  • Freshly grated Parmesan (plate grater recommended)
