– fresh mozzarella sliced
– Large tomato
– basil leaves
– balsamic glaze (make sure its glaze and not oil)
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– salt and pepper
1. Wash all produce. Slice tomatoes and mozzarella into slices.
2. Carve mozzarella into ghost on a cutting board. To do this, cut the slices into ovals. Then at the bottom, carve little waves or zigzags to look like a ghost. It does not have to be perfect.
3. Lay the slices of tomatoes on the plate. Drizzle olive oil on them and season with salt and pepper to taste
4. Lay the basil on the tomatoes. Then stack the ghost on top of the basil
5. Using balsamic glaze, make faces on the ghost – two eyes and a mouth. I just do three simple circles for this part.
6. Serve and enjoy!
