  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp parmesan
  • 1 tbsp parsley minces
  • Optional: garlic powder or parmesan

Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes into fries. Place fries in a bowl of cold water and soak for at least 20–30 minutes (this removes excess starch). Drain and pat completely dry with a towel.
  2. Add dried fries to a plastic bag. Add 2 tbsp olive oil, Cornstarch, salt & pepper, seal the bag and shake until fries are evenly coated
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Add fries in an even layer (cook in batches if needed). Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy. While hot, toss with parmesan, minced parsley and optional truffle oil or extra parmesan
  4. In a small bowl, mix together light mayo, ketchup, mustard, finely chopped pickles or relish, salt & pepper. Stir until smooth and set aside.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add onion slices and cook until soft and lightly golden. Remove from pan. Toast buns cut-side down in the same skillet until golden. Set aside
  6. season ground turkey with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into patties slightly wider than the buns.
  7. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add patties. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, flipping once. Use a thermometer and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Add cheddar slices to the burgers during the last minute of cooking. Cover the pan briefly to melt the cheese.
  9. Assemble the Burgers
