Tuna!

Tuna is something I always keep in my pantry, since it is so easy to use in any last-minute recipes. It is also cost-effective and can be stored for a decent amount of time. I like to buy my tuna from Trader Joe’s, and I get the can that is salted and has olive oil. Although, any canned tuna is fine for this recipe.

Tuna is also low in calories, while offering lots of protein and antioxidants. It is high is omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for human health.
