Ingredients

  • 5 large strawberries

  • 10 seedless grapes

  • 5 slices cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Colby Jack)

  • 5 wooden skewers or appetizer picks

Instructions

  1. Hull the strawberries and slice them lengthwise. Cut a small V-shape at the top of each slice to form heart shapes.

  2. Cut the grapes diagonally in half. Pair two halves together to create heart shapes.

  3. Cut each slice of cheese into a small square or rectangle sized to fit the skewers.

  4. Thread one strawberry heart, one piece of cheese, and one grape heart onto each skewer.

  5. Arrange on a platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
